That makes sense! Also I'm startin' to wonder if the Shepherd didn't have this all figured out step by step! What if they totally planned on us getting the first wolf out by the second round and then threw in the new wolf team with THIS clue cuz they knew we wouldn't be able to judge 'em based on their actions before then because they thought they were sheep!
